excuses and success
Ever notice how there are always excuses to not do something. Im too tired, i don’t have the time, i don’t have the energy. It takes half an hour to workout. Just to take a walk to start off, you don’t need to go all out you just need to move for 30 mins a day or 3 times a week to start. The energy will come eventually right now your body is using the energy that you don’t normally use to keep you moving, it will take about 2-3 weeks for it to get use to it, don’t give up.
I’ve decided im going to proudly use my weightloss success as a push for my new business and my reason to help. I know it wasn’t easy and I’ve realized that people look at you different when you mention how much weight you lose. The lady at work likes to tell people how much weight I’ve lost because Im now her inspiration to eat clean. Eating clean what the best thing I could have done for me ever. I have more energy to do things and I feel great. I have barely been sick and why because Im not using all the salt and sugar in the processed food to keep me going. Im using the basics. Fruits, veggies, proteins and high fiber grains. It works don’t doubt the system. I want to help you get to your goals. I want to make sure im a constant reminder as someone who has been there and made it and I cannot quit no matter how hard you think i push myself. I will be on stage, I will either get sponsored , a book, or some sort of success because This is what I want and I will not stop until I reach the top, even then there are always more goals and more people to help along the way. It never ends and im fine with that because I have a lifetime to spend helping, working out and inspiring people to do things they thought they could never do.
